50% nonrefundable deposit due at booking. Additional fee due one week prior to event.
Rental fee does not include beverages. No bar tab minimums. Can accommodate separate tabs or one master tab.
Timing: You’ll get our space from open to close. All events must end by 10 pm.
Capacity: 80+ (60 seats total inside + out).
