Everyone’s Talking About the Banana Latte

Lately, I’ve been hearing the same thing over and over when people walk into Spruce:

“I have to try that banana latte I keep seeing everywhere!”

And I love it. Seriously — it makes my day every time someone comes in excited about trying the Gold Rush for the first time.

If you haven’t had it yet, it’s our seasonal banana latte — cozy, a little sweet, and honestly kind of nostalgic in the best way. We serve it hot or iced (both are so good), and people have really been loving it. It’s wild seeing it pop up on stories and posts from folks who just stumbled in because a friend told them, or they saw it on TikTok or Insta.

So yeah… the banana latte is having a moment. And I’m not mad about it. 💛
