When you rent Spruce, you get access to our beautiful interior filled with lush greenery, cozy seating, moody lighting, and a welcoming vibe that feels both curated and relaxed. We also have our own parking lot - huge win in the historic district!

Rental Info at a Glance

We offer three event rental options at our Murray Hill location:


Murray Hill Patio Rental (only available October - March):

Total cost: $600

  • $300 nonrefundable rental fee due at booking to hold your date.

  • $300 bar tab minimum ((tax + 20% gratuity not included)

  • Timing: 4 hours total (during open hours only).

  • Additional hours: $100 per hour. (max two additional hours)

  • Capacity: 30 seated / 30-40 cocktail style atmosphere.

Interior + Patio Rental (During Open Hours)

Total Cost: $1200

  • $600 nonrefundable rental fee due at booking

  • $600 bar tab minimum (tax + 20% gratuity not included)

  • 4-hour rental window

  • Additional hours: $100/hour (max two additional hours)

  • Capacity: Up to 80 guests

Full Buyout (Private, All-Day Access)

Total Cost: $2500

  • Includes interior + patio from open to close

  • 50% nonrefundable deposit due at booking

  • Includes 4 hours of setup before the event + 1 hour after for cleanup

  • All events must end by 10PM

  • Capacity: 80+ guests (seating for 60)

Things to Know

  • Outside food/catering is allowed

  • All beverages must be purchased through us (no outside drinks or liquor allowed)

  • We're flexible with rearranging tables/chairs—just ask first!

  • No nails, screws, or Command hooks, please

  • $50/day fee for early decor drop-offs or post-event pickups

  • Extra hours available for $100/hour (max event rental is 6 hours without full buyout)

Included: Bartender(s), glassware, sonos speakers, cocktail napkins, TV with casting abilities, patio fireplace (upon request)
Not Included: Plates, cutlery, napkins, or serving utensils for outside food
